Requests submitted after this period may not be processed.

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition and clean

• Tags still attached

• Original packaging intact

• All accessories included (e.g., packaging bag, dust bag, etc.)

• No man-made damage or stains


III. Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Supported

• Swimwear that has been worn or used in water

• Damage or contamination caused by human error rendering it unsaleable

• Return requests submitted after the expiration date

• Items returned without authorization

Exchanges must meet the following conditions:

• No one to sign for it

• Customs clearance failure (not a product issue)

• Buyer refusal to accept the package
